Here are some benefits of customer account login:-
1.) Your customers get to see their past order history with you.
2.) They can easily check the order status, is it Confirmed/Rejected/Accepted or Completed on your end.
2.) They can easily download the order PDF by clicking on that order.
3.) They could choose to receive order receipt on their WhatsApp account.
The same gets enabled for them, only once they verifying themselves by entering their phone number and OTP.
Currently, orders are mapped to the customer based on the phone number he/she has used while placing orders. In case, customer has placed order using different phone numbers, it will appear under that phone number.
